About the North County Community Food Bank

Mission Statement:

The Mission of North County Community Food Bank is to provide an emergency safety net to North County Residents in crisis and distress, with the goal of helping individuals and families build more stable, independent, and productive lives, and thus enhancing the general well-being of the community.

How we can help:

The North County Community Food Bank links North County residents to services throughout the county. Our service area includes those that live within the area covered by the following zip codes: 98601, 98604, 98606, 98622, and 98675 with the following services:

  • Emergency Food Boxes
  • USDA Community Distribution
  • Oregon Food Bank Harvest Share
  • Applications for North County Christmas Programs
  • Information and Referral for the following:
    • Utilities Assistance
    • Counseling; Mental, Domestic Abuse, Drug/Alcohol
    • Low Income Housing
    • Housing Repairs/Weatherization
    • Senior Services
    • Veteran's Assistance
    • Health/Dental Care
    • Legals Services
    • Coordination with other food banks in the area
    • Conflict Management Classes
    • Basic Life Skills Classes

North County Community Food Bank is able to link residents in crisis to these services because of community donations of money, food and time.

M-F 9:00-11:15 and 1:30-3:15
